In Vancouver we don't do uphill (OK some
of us do but not today!). On Sunday we shall shuttle up to the top of
Mt. Seymour and likely ride the CBC trail to Salvation down to Pengu/Pengor,
then down to the Old Buck parking lot. Also, for those curious about Mt. Seymour check the trail map here. Sunday Schedule—Mt.
